• Usage Data: Practice plans, drills, and diagrams you create.
• Payment Data: We use Stripe for payments. We do not store your credit card information on our servers; it is processed securely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Process your subscription payments.
• Send important product updates or transactional emails (via Resend).

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

3. Student & Player Data

The Service is designed for Coaches. While players may access specific read-only links (e.g., QR codes for drill videos), we do not require players to create accounts or submit personal identifiable information (PII).

If you upload video content of students, you represent that you have the necessary consent from the school or parents to store that footage on a cloud platform for coaching purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted infrastructure providers to run the Service:

• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Resend: Email delivery.
• Cloudflare: Hosting and security.
• Neon/Postgres: Database storage.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain your data for a grace period (e.g., 30 days) to allow for reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting support.
